HUMAN CAPITAL TO EXCELLENCE COMPETING THROUGH DISTINCTIVE CAPABILITIES

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the influence of human capitak to competitiveness through through the capability distingtif. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey method. Unit of analysis in this research is coffee industry effort in Garut Regency Samples taken in research are perpetrator micro coffee industry with a total sample size of 34, with the technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the Human Capital and Distingif capability is good, this is evidenced by the amount of coffee Garut for national consumption and even exports. Testing verifikatif hypothesis shows that Human Capital has an influence on competitive advantage through the capability of distingif. Also Distinctive capabilities have an influence on competitiveness. So it can be said that the distingif as a partial intervening variable.
